Volunteer Appreciation

Recognizing Our Game Day Volunteers

A hockey game doesn’t happen without the people working behind the scenes. The Stars also recognized the many volunteers who dedicate countless hours to making every game night possible.

They show up early, stay late, and keep the game running. To all our hockey game day volunteers thank you. From the gate, to running the clock, and keeping the kids smiling, you are the heartbeat of our hockey family. We couldn’t do it without you.

We would like to acknowledge our Board of Directors that are volunteers who run Social Media, Fundraising, Special Events, Game Days, Facilities, and make sure the players needs are met throughout the season, they are the behind the scenes team that make things run smoothly.

2025–26 Fan Favourite is Myles Dunn
The night also celebrated the player chosen by the fans — someone who brings energy, determination, and excitement every time he hits the ice.
Hard-working, tenacious, dedicated, and electric, #23 Myles Dunn was named the 2025–26 St. Thomas Stars Fan Favourite.
Dunn has made a major impact this season, recording: 54 points in 44 games | 25 Goals | 29 Assists
Currently sitting 2nd in the league in rookie goals, Dunn has proven himself to be a true team player and difference-maker night after night.
Joining Myles on the ice for the presentation were his parents, Tara and Chad, while the award was presented by Stars Vice President Lindsey Rounds.
The St. Thomas Stars organization extends a heartfelt thank you to our billet families, volunteers, fans, and players who continue to make this season unforgettable. Hockey truly is a community effort — and Stars Nation continues to prove it every game night.
